"Create issue" operation

Question

Currently I have to go to the bottom of the Backlog list to create a new issue.

I used to be able to do this in the active sprint, all planned sprints. This has just disappeared over night. The "create issue" operation button is missing from the sprints.

I am even happy if this was avialable some where on every page or somewhere at the top of the page.

I can't find where this is set, help!

What type of project is it? Team-managed? Company-managed?

Is it Jira Software? Can you share a screenshot?

Checked all the permissions but I can't see where I would set these, any suggestions welcome :)

The blue button is now fixed. but the ability to create an issue withing the column of the active sprint is the issue. This allows users to create an issue with the Epic, selected filters, predefined in the issue - making it quick to create issues.
