I moved our tickets to "Done" column(with green check mark one)
I found
1) most of the tickets didn't count right on th UI(see the number 87 - 1)
2) even I tried to clean it, most of all tickets still there
3) and after I cleaned it, the function "clean" suddenly gone.
It's bug since last week.
Hello @Neil Chang,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Thank you for sharing the screenshot.
It’s possible to clear done issues from the very last column when the tickets have a resolution and I can see on your screenshot that the tickets don't have a resolution, otherwise, a green checkmark would appear on the side of the Story point estimate.
With this said, it will be necessary to move the tickets back to an “In progress” column and move back to the very last column for the resolution to be set. After that, you will be able to clear the done tickets.
Kind regards,
Angélica
Thanks for your answer.
1) it seems work. but still weird.
2) all the tickets I sure came from the "Doing" column
exactly "Becklog" > "Doing" > "Done(resolution)"
why do I need to move back again and do this action again?
I think this is still a bug.(or some UX design issue?) because it's not 1st happen.
we do not have this situation before.
Happens frequently these 3 weeks.
Could u help to figure out it?

Hi Neil,
How were the tickets moved to the Done column?
Testing here, there are some actions that don’t set the resolution. For example, if you delete a column and select to move the tickets to Done, the tickets will be moved, but the resolution will not be set.
Also, if you move the ticket from another project directly to the Done status, the resolution will not be set.
Were these tickets moved using one of the options I mentioned? Are you using an automation rule to move the tickets?
