Requirement is to insert a transitional screen when an issue goes to Done status only if a certain value is selected in a custom field on the issue, if not, we don't want the transitional screen to appear.

NOTE: The Done status allows all statuses to transition to it so I can't create multiple transitions to it and add a condition to each transition, .

if you don't have script runner, then the only option is to have multiple workflows and based on the custom field value, go to that workflow.
