probleme when importing issue

The date in the CSV file is in format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm (ex. 2014-04-22 15:57)

 

the date time format in the importing setup process is yyyy-MM-dd  H:mm 

i got this error message:

Unable to parse datetime: 2020-05-22 05:44 using the date format pattern: yyyy-MM-dd H:mm.

 

what is the correct setup for date time format ? thanks

Do you have more than one time/date format in your CSV file? I've seen this happen with some systems, when they export dates and times and certain columns use one format and another use a different format. If so, you may need to split your CSV and do multiple imports, or normalize all columns to use the same format.
