problem with jira testrail integration

There's few problems : 

jira:

when i try to click on my project in testrail it shows me "Undefined variable: actions",  Same when i go to tab projects 

api shows newer accesed

in html shows a lot of errors which i don't understand

In testrail :

when i try to see reference of project from jira it shows me error

when i try to push new defect, form shows up but i can'st click on anything

aslo some html errors

I'm using brave browser( tried in microsoft edge and chrome, same results)

i'm using jira cloud

problem is with accesing api or maybe csp i dont know

I tried revoking api few times same with testrai integration but nothing works 

Does anyone have idea what's going on?
