next gen project - creating a custom field to be used by multiple projects

how do you create a custom field in a next gen project that can be used across the org.

Example:

For Review(cf101)

For Review(cf240)

Made by two different users on different projects. now if I want to query I have to use both fields.

you cannot. that is where Classic project come in. NG projects are self-contained. They work on the premise that anyone can create their own project that will have zero impact on neighboring projects.
