In our organization one of the new user not getting the verification mail(deekshitha.dr@stratus.com). could you check and let us know the issue that anything is blocked from the Atlassian side or the company side?
If you have narrow down the issue to Atlassian side, it is best to raise a support ticket for the support team to investigate from the backend.
