move jira ticket to connectwise

Edited

Our customer uses jira internally but they want to be able to escalate tickets to our connectwise system when needed.

Is there an intergration or a way they can when needed, send a ticket to connectwise that contains all the ticket history when it's sent over?

Also is the way to move it via email or is there a way to select the ticket in Jira and make it sync to connectiwise, like create an escalate button?

Thanks

Noel

Also looking for a solution to this. We use Jira service management internally and sometimes need to forward a request to our managed service provider who uses Connectwise.

A connector would be nice but even if we can trigger an email to the managed service provider either via workflow or status change this would then automatically create a ticket in the Connectwise system.

Did you deploy the method you mentioned, syncing via email, @Darren Friedrich ?  I've come up with the same requirement and this seems to be the most straightforward approach.
