jira board is not working

Nobody sees him. I have to add an order by scrolling down and at the end of the table "add order".

After adding a request using the blue button, it receives the message “In order for the notification to be visible, it must be in accordance with the project and filrt and have a status assigned to the board.”

Hi @Nikolas 

By using the create button (blue), is the ticket created in the project that the board is on and is in incorporated in the the filter used on the board.

The create button is a global option that enables you to create an issue in any project your have access to and are able to create tickets in.

By pressing this button, you need to check if the right project and correc t issue type is selected.

We choose the appropriate submission type and design. Nevertheless, it is still not visible. I checked if we have any filter and nothing. I checked if we have any automation and nothing. I checked each submission type (if it works on any) and also nothing. Do you know what it could be?

Hi @Nikolas ,

When you create the new ticket/order using the blue button, do you get a notification that the ticket has been created? If so, can you access the ticket, even if it doesn't show in the board? I wonder if there is a filter that prevents the ticket from being seen.

We do not have any filrts. We use at a very basic level this opragromation. We add submissions in the office and the warehouse then switches statuses.

In addition, our new submission is not in the board but falls into “submissions” .
