jira api date/time format changed?

Hi there,

We are using the JIRA REST api to get and set information in our JIRA issues, and around ~7 hours ago, something seems to have changed.

We can no longer parse the date/time format using java's ZonedDateTime class.

It appears that the time offset portion has changed format so that instead of showing as +00:00, it is now +0000.  This causes the ZonedTimeZone class to fail parsing the text with the default format.

Does anyone know if this change permanent? Why was this change made?

Thanks,

Erik
