issues connection between Jira <-> Invgate software

Hi, my question is what recommendation can you give me to pass issues from one software to Jira in both directions
The issue will be created in Invgate but must be kept up to date based on work in Jira until its DONE.

I've had a similar request between InvGate and Azure.  We resolved this using Zapier to act as a middleware and handle the bi-directional traffic.

Projects posted in InvGate were sent to Azure (updating custom fields) and updates posted in Azure were sent back to InvGate to keep the request current and in sync.

Both InvGate and Jira have apps available within the Zapier community (https://zapier.com).
