Hi

I have a filter like the below that I refer to personally but have been experiencing something odd:

(assignee = currentUser()) AND statusCategory != Done

Sometimes it shows 50 issues per page and sometimes it lazy loads all issues as I scroll. This has been random TBH.

Eg if my filter above as a total of 75 issues, sometimes I see 2 pages and the page links at the bottom (50 and 25) OR I just see 75 of 75 issues at the bottom and issues load as I scroll.

Am I part of some A/B testing or something? I would like it to stay at one or the other configurable please ...

Also, under Settings > User Default Settings - I have mine set to 100 - I am aware of this https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-80606 (Please upvote/watch)

Please advise?

Thank you

Yatish

Hey Yatish,

Hope you're doing well.

I verified on multiple sites and noticed that I only see the pagination on the issue navigator page.

I'd suggest you create a screen recording and reach out to our Support team so it can be checked internally.

Also, regarding the default user preferences setting, currently we only see 50 results per page irrespective of the updated settings.

This is reported as a bug here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-83321

Thanks,

Karan
