issue in configuring incoming mail handler

i am getting this error while sending the mail to jira@mctindia.atlassian.net 

This is an automated email from the issue creation service at "https://mctindia.atlassian.net".

Hi Pramodh,

See the steps how I am configuring it. I want to configure it through default cloud mail server i.e jira@mctindia.atlassian.net

But when I sending the mail to jira+JM@mctindia.atlassian.net I am getting the below error.

Does jira cloud mail server support the Alias. For eg :- jira+JM@mctindia.atlassian.net

So please suggest me what should I do. Or you can give me the remote support so that you can help me in this.

What is the way of creating issues from the mail handler?
