is there a way to add the complete user list from the email to the ticket
JEMH can put non-jira user email addresses into a value custom field. Email addresses associated with a jira user account can be directed to a multiuser picker. Currently, the information of 'how' someone was involved is not retained.
No my query is regarding adding of email ids in CC/BCC fields in the Description of the ticket or anyway to identify whether anyone was CC'ed/BCC'ed while creating the ticket via email.
