We get a lot of jira tickets to manually stop and start email forwarding in azure, wondering if theres a way to automate this process?

Thanks

Are you looking for a way to have Jira send a message to Azure to start/stop mail forwarding? If so, Jira can call a REST API, if Azure offers one for this purpose. You can use the "Send Web Request" action in Automation for Jira to do that.

Thanks. we get tickets from employees who want to disable/enable email forwarding. We have to manually do this within Azure once we get the ticket. Is there a way that we can automate Jira to communicate with Azure once a ticket comes in for Azure to automatically do either the disabling of email forwarding or enabling of email forwarding?
