Hi Todd,

If you're using JIRA Cloud importing a single project option is not available, so you'll have to take a more complex approach:

1. Clone the whole cloud instance to on-premise server
2. Import the project
3. Restore a system backup of the on-prem instance to the cloud instance

This is just an outline of how to do it, note that there are a lot more things to consider when importing the project.
