How can i set all fields not mandatory if there is an attachment added to the issue? I would like to do it when creating the issue.

Welcome to the community.

You can't, If you spet mandatory fields for input there is nothing you validate this to until the issue has been created.

I also don't know of any marketplace app that could provide such a solution.

Might that others on the forum have an idea.
