i have create epics but no show on board and backlog

omg please help me and this has been confused me for a while...

 

1. epic no show in board

2. i can see child issue created in backlog, but it keeps saying me no epic in my project! but i have created!

 

could someone help me?

Hi @TK Welcome to the Atlassian Community

There's a couple of things you can check:

  • You should check your board filter. Is it filtering in all your issues?
    Go to Board - Configuration - General, then edit your filter
  • Are you looking for your epics in the right place (backlog and board are not the same)? Epics can 'hide' in the epics pane just besides your backlog list.
