i have configured jira connection in gitlab successfully.

for commit message i am ussing below syntax:

DEV-3: update message

DEV-3 is issue ID

I work at GitKraken, the company that supports commercially the Git Integration for Jira.

I hope you had resolved the issue at this point, but just in case, it seems the issue was related to the synchronization of the changes.

Git Integration for Jira uses a reindexing interval to synchronize changes in your repositories. This timer is self-adjusted based on the activity in your repository. Now, there are times in which, the plugin may understand that the repository has no activity and decrease  the frequency for updates, affecting the time to see updates. In such cases, if you need to see real time changes, we suggest using Indexing triggers.

Hi Mukesh,

I understand you're using Jira Cloud and it looks like an add-on of Git Integration for Jira to connect to Gitlab.  The commit message looks correct from what I can see.

It might be best to reach out to that vendor's app support here as that add-on provides the integration here.  They have a customer portal over in https://bigbrassband.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Perhaps they can tell you more about this.
