Hi,
i am trying to signup to bitbucket and trello using my work email(haris@sevengee.my) but i did not receive any verification email. Any suggestion?
I've tried re-sending the email a number of times and have not received any of them.
kind regards
Haris
Hi @Haris Syazwan ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community
I understand that you are not receiving emails. I suspect this is due to the email suppression
Adding to the suppression list is a mechanism to avoid spamming recipient mail servers and indicating that an error has occurred, having identified they are not available to receive the email. The recipient may not be available due to various reasons some of which are, but are not limited to - DNS Resolution, Mailbox being full, Network issues, Firewall rules, Mailbox unavailable, Mail Servers facing reach-ability issues, User not setup, mailbox being inactive, etc.
We have a community post that can help you to un-suppress emails. Please find the posts below
If the you are not part of the suppression list , request you to reach out to support here: https://support.atlassian.com/ so that we can further check the account.
Thank You,
Prachi
Hi Prachi,
Thank you for replying to my question, however, i think i need to clarify more of my problem. My problem start when i started to register to atlassian, so i cannot create an account with my email because i do not receive any validation to activate my account.
So, i dont think that someone can en-supress me because i am not in any user invite
best regard,
Haris

Thank You for your response :)
Further checking we are also seeing email bounce messages such as
421 4.4.0 [internal] no mail servers for this domain could be reached at this time
Which would tend to point towards your DNS MX records having a problem. For example, checking https://mxtoolbox.com would tend to indicate that your mail servers have been blocked by anti-spam services.
I would recommend that you reach out to your email administrator so that they can contact your mail provider to resolve this problem in the long term.
I have done what I can from our side to try to help, by removing your address from our suppression list. But I fear that you will continue to have problems while your mail server is on that block list.
Also meanwhile, I request you to reach out to support here: https://support.atlassian.com/ so that the dedicated team can further check this.
Thank You,
Prachi
