im posting here from my other account , i got an account and i configured SAML sso and i used my admin email as well for testing on other browser , the main browser was closed by mistake while working on it and now i cannot login with my user/password method , how can i reset my account to use password again?

Hi @canabatz Do you have any other account in Jira Internal Directory? Please use this account and try to login.
If not, do you have a recovery_admin account set up in setenv.sh? If you don't, set this up in setenv.sh and restart jira and try to login. Hope this helps!

when useing my email address it send me to that page
that becuse of a saml configuration mistake , now i cant login with user/password , i need someone to remove my admin account from useing sso policy.

@canabatz Oh, I thought it was a DC instance. Is there any other Org admin who is excluded from SAML SSO? If not, please contact Atlassian Support. They will be able to help with this.

@canabatz Can you try to login to id.atlassian.com? If your account doesn't work due to this issue, can you create a temporary one using your any other email address? Use this email to login to support.atlassian.com and raise the ticket.
