how to use attached image in ticket body

When an image is inserted into a ticket in the comments (for example) or uploaded via attachments, how do you use that image inline in the ticket summary?

I've been either using Attachments from this ticket action, but this doesn't look nearly as nice as when they're dragged and dropped directly into the ticket itself.

I've been deleting the image entirely and reuploading by drag and drop, but surely this is not the correct way to do it.

Hi @Louise Baker ,

ticket summary is a text field single line so you can't add images/attachemnts.

At comment, description or other multi-line fields, instead, you can add attachemnt directly or using already attached files
