how to share kanban board with colleagues?

I have created a kanban board with appropriate filters, I do not see any option to share it with my colleagues. All they see is a permission issue.

Hey, @arun kumar!  

I'm working with an Atlassian Marketplace Vendor named Old Street Solutions, and I'm happy to say their app recently released a feature you may find handy.

If you are still unable to find the best approach to your use case, one of our apps, External Share for Jira, can now share entire Scrum or Kanban Jira Boards as part of its functionality!

You can see the linked example, which is the actual Development Roadmap board of the team.
