I have "Issue Links" and "Child issues" in my ticket Links,
after JQL search, I want to see all tickets in both "Issue Links" and "Child issues",
"Issue Links" can be set by select "Linked Issues" in JQL result,
but how can I select "Child issues" to be presented in JQL result??

Child Issues are a specific attribute on Epic Issue Types and are related by the Epic Link field.
So, given that filter results only shows Issue Fields I think the closer approach to identify in that view the Child Issues from an Epic is showing the Epic Link field.
Something like ..
If you want to filter specific childs from specific Epics I can suggest to try with ScripRunner Enhanced Search. You'll have to create a firt filter to get all the epics you need and then use SRES to get all child issues from the main filter.
