How to save a dashboard in atlassian analytics.  When I create a dashboard and shut down for the day and go back in, I need to reload everything - I have three scrum teams with 21 developers that have to be re-added every time - is there a way to save the filter in the dashboard or the dashboard as a whole

You are saying, even after you create a dashboard, it does not save? I would open a ticket about this if that is the case. That sounds more like a malfunction than something I would expect to do, as you say, to recreate a dashboard each morning.
