Need to modify the StatusCategory to put with predefined list (drop down list) - TO DO - IN PROGRESS - DONE for the project. Can anyone share me the steps.

Can you provide a screen image showing the dropdown list you are trying to change?

Status Category is a locked selection list that is used to group Status value. Every Status value is assigned to one of the three Status Category value. The available Status Category values can't be changed, but you can change the Status Category to which an individual Status value is associated.

Hi @Vidya VASUDEVAN - Just want to clarify here. Are you wanting to add statuses to the status category? Are you just wanting the project to only have To Do - In Progress - Done statuses for the workflow (ticket lifecycle)?
