I'd like to have an extract of a list of ticket

Run a search, then use the "export" function in the tools menu.  CSV iis readable by excel if you go that way.

Create an advanced search using Basic or JQL. When you have the issues displayed that you want click on the Excel icon.

click into the search bar and select advanced search issues.
