my client product is not ready yet so i share only free product sorry about that.
My client have 6 Team leads and every team lead have 6 to 8 members in team. when issue is assign to team member and its not resolve or breach any condition send email to corresponding user and their team lead and then their boss (my client) also can anyone help me to do this task??

It's easy enough to send an email to the Assignee, but you will need some other method for capturing their Team Lead. You will probably need to store the Team Lead in a custom single user picker field. You would create some automation rules that populate this field based on either the assignee or adding a group or team to the issue.
What type of project are you using? Company-managed? Team-managed?

You need to manage those users under a group or in a custom User Picker field and then send email to a group or a single user. You can easily set the content of your mail in Content section and even use HTML for some rich content.

Yes, you will be able to send mail to User Custom fields.
