while searching in google i found click on profile pic then choose personnel access token, but following this , i didn't found personal access token rather i found
From that screenshot, click on Account settings > then click the Security link on the left navigation menu. You can then click the Create and manage API tokens link.
Certainly if you're using Atlassian Cloud products, you can follow https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/ that does explain how to make a REST API token (but we've technically never called it a "personal access token" on our Cloud platform).
However, if you're using the server or data center platform, then check out https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/using-personal-access-tokens-1026032365.html Which we have called personal access tokens, and the steps are slightly different to create one.
For Jira Server/DC only versions 8.14 and higher will have this ability. Older versions do not have these tokens.
