i have my screens set up for each issue type but when i do a bulk change it gives me every field that is available in the system instead of the ones that i have used for the particular issue. can i set the screen or alter the fields that are shown under the bulk change section?

During the bulk edit you have all fields available in Jira and you can not change it.
