how to configure SMTP server on jira cloud ?
I don’t understand your request. Why are you trying to configure SMTP for cloud? The outgoing email is not configurable.
i want if create any issue or perform any activity than all notification regarding this activity go through mail .

It will do that if you set up the notifications. You don't need to configure another SMTP server for Cloud to use, it's got one already working.

That happens by default if you have the outgoing mail enabled (admin > system > email > outgoing) and the notification scheme set to send notifications as desired for the project.
