I was assigned a request which request type is complaint.
I know there might be showing 'reason code' upper side of the issue that I was assigned
but I can't find any.
I'm not sure of how to do to close the complaint request.
Please let me know how.

There cloud be few reasons, do you even have permission to close the issue?
Let's start here, can you find View Workflow on your request, find that, and open it then you will see workflow statuses maybe you need to change status or a few statuses to be able to transition to Done/Resolved/Closed.
