Hi @Seenivasan K,
If you want to add a Checklist based on an issue transition to the "Working on PR Agent" status, you can do this using Checklist for Jira Free or PRO and automation for Jira.
Here is what the automation should look like:
If you'd like to explore this option, please contact us here.
If one wants to append a checklist instead of overwriting it, they can add {{issue.Checklist Text}} as the first line there.
Edit:
If it's a checklist template we want to add upon transition, we can do so based on the label integration feature.
Once enabled, it will add the checklist template with a name exactly matching the label added. Keep in mind that for this to work, the checklist name cannot contain any spaces.
Once the label is added via Edit Issue step, you can add another to remove it as it's not needed to keep it on the issue. Removing the label will not affect the checklist at all.

As an extension to the @John Funk answer, you can add checklists when an issue transitions to a certain status. In your case, it would be 'Working with PR Agents'.
This is possible with ideally all the Checklist apps in the Atlassian marketplace in combination with Jira Automation. Didit checklists is one such app that makes it easy to achieve this desired outcome with minimal configurations as described in the documentation that I linked.
Hope this helps, @Seenivasan K

Hi Seenivasen - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You don't put a Checklist "next to" a status. Checklists are placed on an issue.
