My company has just signed up for an evaluation of Jira OnDemand and I as assigned as the primary technical contact. I can log in to Atlassian OnDemand, but I can't use my credentials to log in to the actual Jira OnDemand site.
Do I need to create a user account for myself and if so, where do I do it ? I can't see anything in the profile or account information pages.
The creator of the instance must have an admin user with enough permissions to create a new account for you. Since you are the technical contact, you can also request for it at support.atlassian.comif you have further problems.
