When a user gets an email asking them to approve or decline an issue in Service Desk, and they choose decline, a comment box appears in the popup window. I want a similar comment box to appear when a user approves. So I added it to the workflow but the entire popup window is not appearing. If I did the exact same thing in Jira Software it would work but it's not working in Service Desk. Why?
Also, I looked at the workflow step properties for decline and realize I do not know what they mean at all. I'm afraid to edit them. Where's the documentation for them?
