hide field based on project role

hello guys 

first question:
i want to hide/remove some fields(estimate, remaining,....) and add some new fields to the specific section that i want

i mean the screen that appears to the right when you clicked on the issue (first pic)

and of course i do not want to change the configuration of fields(in hiding cases)

second question:

and the same actions of above when you double click on a issue (second pic)

and i want to show or hide fields in these two screans (first an second pic of above) based on the project role that you have.

Fields are not accessible by role (apart from a couple of permission-controlled system fields), there's no way to do what you're asking here.

Sorry, I should have been more comprehensive than just role.

There is no field level security in Jira.  (Apart from a couple of permission controlled system fields where the controls are just on who can edit them, not view)
