getting the last added value to the multiline custom field with scriptrunner

Hi everyone,

I have multiline custom field and it has value with line break. For example:

1. AAA

2.BBB

When I update the issue and add new value (3.CCC ) to the multiline custom field, I have to write a script which gets the last added value to this. I am pretty new in jira, and it would be nice if you help me.
