I understand that you would like to return issues removed from the current Sprint after the Sprint was started. Is it correct?

Unfortunately, It's not possible using only JIRA functionalities. We have a feature request created to implement it here:

- JQL search for issues added and removed from a sprint

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

Just like you said, you can use the removedAfterSprintStart function provided by Scriptrunner plugin to perform this query.

@Surajit_Sengupta About the added issue after the sprint starts you can use the Flag near the active sprint and a list will be shown with the JQL query
