Could you please unblock messages sent to our domain? Our domain is vanlaarhovenict.nl. I have to ask this in this envrionent apparently (New user does not receive invitation mails (atlassian.com))
I found another user on your domain that appears to have been getting suppressed. The first SMTP rejection message was
550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [DBAEUR03FT059.eop-EUR03.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-04-21T13:47:12.547Z 08DB41BB4FF6D663]
We have cleared the suppression from our side, but I expect that this could happen again very easily due to the nature of that particular bounce error (550 5.4.1). We have a guide over in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Unblocking-Office365-emails-for-Atlassian-Cloud/ba-p/1870108 that I recommend you share with your users in your domain. There are settings within Outlook/office 365 that you can adjust here to help prevent these kinds of suppressions from happening.
