We have created a new project and we are using the default mail server. I have sent emails to the relevant email address from 3 different email addresses and they have all come through and issues have been created. Unfortunately everyone else who has tried nothing is coming through.
any ideas?
@nick hurn Are the individuals sending the emails to licensed Jira users and do they have proper access to the project? (Create Issue, Etc.)
