All the emails from Jira are getting in the spam folder of Gmail. I have already created the contact and filtered them, did all the steps that google suggests, but still no result. Is it possible to do something from your side?

No, there's nothing Atlassian can do about your spam filters or robots, you'll need to talk to gmail.
