Hi @Henry Cao ,

Please send the eazyBI log files to the eazyBI support email support@eazybi.comhttps://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/set-up-and-administer/set-up-and-administer-for-jira-server/troubleshooting#Troubleshooting-eazyBIlogfiles.

You can send them via email or upload them in our contact form https://eazybi.com/contact.

Best,

 Hi @Roberts Čāčus

Following your prompts.  I entered the "Settting " page and found a red warning "Child process NOT RUNNING".

The separate child JVM process is not necessarily for me. I disable the checkbox "Launch a separate child JVM process.......", and the probbem is gone.

Thanks!
