custom field validation based on jql

Hi everyone!

I want to validate some custom fields (field required) when a JQL condition is passed.

In other words, I want to know how to make a custom field required based on JQL (value of another custom field).

If you suggest a script in behaviour, please give me a simple example or if you have any other solution please let me know.
