create a workflow to send approval for the user, if approved; that will open a ticket directly at JIRA but customer assigned required * to one of the action cards and that is not showing in create an issue action card that related to JIRA

->Customer having a flow with connection of JIRA Connector
->When a message came in teams channel the flow triggers then a approval action starts if the approval is yes
->Then it will create an issue in JIRA Environment.
-> CX is getting below error while adding the create a new issue(V2).
->Reported filed is of type user which is required columns in JIRA.
-> As per the below document flow only support of type string, number and date columns.
