Hi,
I'm trying confluence, but the invitee's e-mail doesn't log in.
It looks like they must already have an atlassian account beforehand.
I have tried three different emails. The new email verification does not take place. Everything ends up in the screenshot below.
Thank you
Jirka
Hi @Jiří Karkoš
I checked on the specific email address in your screenshot, but from what I can see there have not been any bounced or blocked email messages sent to that address since at least August 2nd. From translating that screenshot, it would appear that our system has tried to send an account verification email to that address. This appears to have been delivered at least according to our email provider.
It is possible that this kind of message could be getting filtered by the destination mail server, such as by spam filtering. In cases like that the end user might not see that message in their inbox, but from what we can see it has been sent. If you're still having this problem with other accounts, please let me know the specific email addresses in question. I can check to see if there are any suppressions from our side that might explain this behavior. However at this time, I cannot locate a clear cause for this.
Andy
So I try another day, but still the same thing.
Not receiving verification email
Tried on three different email providers.
A message pops up
We sent you an email!
The verification email is on its way.
But no email is coming.
Trying on the Free version, is there an intermediate step missing?
I can't find anything anywhere, just send a support ticket, but that's for paying.

I had the same problem.
After I unblocked Atlassian I was able to receive the verification email:

Thank you for the information.
I have already managed to send two other contacts, so I know how it works ;-).
Here for the above mentioned it seems to be a bug with atlassian. The service providers mentioned above did not record any incoming mail, although the screen does report sent email. I've tried several times over a longer period of time, most recently with a more accurate time for the provider to search the log.
