configuring to show certain issue types based on user permissions

We are trying to create a issue type scheme for a project.

lets assume that there are 4 issue types as below:

Bug
Enhancement
Field Support
Tech Support.

Now we have two groups of people as below:

Ware house supervisors
Solution Architect

I want to be able to have a issue type scheme created such that when a person who is part of Warehouse Supervisor can create a issue for issue types of Field Support and Tech Support only, though the 4 are allocated for this project. Similarly, i want to be able to have Bug and Enhancement issue types presented in the create issue screen only when a member of the solution architect group is logged in.

How can i achieve this. Appreciate your answers/comments

You can't, natively.

You will need addons to do it, and I'm not sure I've yet found one that does it well enough to recommend.
