collaboration solution using atlassian product

Hi,

Our organisation already using confluence, Jira and bitbucket.

We facing communication issue between testers and developers.

Hence, we get delay in software release.

We want collaboration solution or process to fix this issue.

Please tell if any tool or method using Atlassian product to fix the issue.

You are already using Jira and Confluence which are market leading collaboration tools, the issue currently lies in the process being following by the team. Do you have an experience Scrum Master or Agile coach on baord to help you streamline the release and delivery process. 

The fix for the issue depends on many factors like team size, delivery frequency, distributed teams or not thus your query is an process query and the solution depends on having someone onsite at your location and working with team to remove impediments.

Could you, please, be more specific and describe in detail what exact communication issue are you facing? On what step of the product development does this communication gap occur?

I think with the help of well-tuned workflows and notification schemes all the communication issues between departments could be minimized if not got rid of at all.
