cannot upload attachement on issues
I can't upload any images or attachment on issues while creaation or after create the issue.
The progress bar keeps doing nothing no matter how much time I wait for.

Sorry to hear you are facing problems to upload attachments in your JIRA Cloud instance.
In fact, there are several possibilities that could be causing this issue, so in order to restrict these possibilities to a few ones and better troubleshoot the problem, please perform the steps below:
1 - Navigate to JIRA Settings > System > Attachments.
2 - Confirm that Attachments are allowed in your instance and that the file uploaded is not larger than the permitted:
4 - Check if the same problem happens in a different browser.
5 - Check if the same problem is happening when a different user tries to upload the file from a different desktop.
6 - Check if any errors are returned in the JavaScript console of the browser. Provide us the errors if anything is returned.
7 - Check if you are not having any internet blockers, as Firewall or VPN blockers or connectivity issues. In fact, try to upload the file using a different connection (Internet Network).
