Hi All, 

I can't able to see the create board option in my jira on-premise. how to resolve this error ??

PFA - 1 My present JIRA on-prem console i cant see the board option in left side highlighted. 

Please let me know what to do now how can i able to bring back the board option as previous. 

PFA - 2 : The below attachment 2 there is board option is there in the month of march but now it is disabled i dont know why and what happened. We didnt upgraded or downgraded JIRA in this period also. We have done OS Patching once inbetween thats all.

Please people tell me how to bring back the board option into my JIRA on-pemise console.

It looks like Jira Software or Jira Service Management is either not installed or is currently disabled on your instance.

Thanks for your response. 

You are right our JIRA env is licensed but not installed. it is showing the same prompt in the version & license page. 

Basically we are using JIRA server (on-premise). 

PFA : 

I want to enable back the board creation button at right side in my JIRA console. So, Pls do needful. 

Please share the accurate steps to follow for the installation. If we do install is it going to loss any data or project, issues in the existing one ? Pls confirm.

@Nishal K, you need Jira Software installed to use agile boards.
