Hello @Aditya Patil
In order for us to offer advice about why your filter does not work we need more information.
@Trudy Claspill
Thanks for reply,
actually I am having JIRA admin Access and I create a filter for XYZ project to export an issues in CSV format and that filter shared with the user of same project which don't have admin access, so the problem is that user can't use this filter.

Users do not require admin access to use a filter that has been shared with them. They do require permission to view the contents of the projects referenced by the filter. If they don't have permission to view the project they may get an error when they try to use the filter

What happens when they try to use the filter?

Thank you for the additional information.
Is that what happens when you use the filter or when the other person runs the filter?
If that is what happens when the other person runs the filter, please show us what happens when you run the filter.
Also make sure that you are both accessing the same saved filter. The filter's numeric ID will be in the URL . Make sure the same UD is shown in the URL for both of you
Please also share with us the JQL of the filter. If you click on the Advanced link on the right that will change the display to show the JQL
The error message indicates that the field in the ORDER BY clause is not valid. We need to see the JQL to figure out what field is being used.
Another thing that can affect the results of a filter is if Issue Security is being used for the issues. A user may have the general permission to see the project contents, but they can be prevented from seeing specific issues if Issue Security has been applied.
